You're Ready for an Additional Challenge

Customers have schedules and deadlines that will depend on your timely performance and you should never become a problem when those customers are trying to address their logistical issues.

You're Able to Deal with Stress

Are you good at dealing with stress? This can be crucial when the chips are down. You will also need to work through any issues that you experience on the road so that you don't take them back home to your family at the end of your shift.

Fit & Healthy

How much exercise do you get on a daily basis? Much of your time here will be spent in a sedentary position and you will need to ensure that you have a fitness regime to compensate. If you are to work long hours and remain as sharp as possible, then you will need to have a high level of physical fitness. You will also call on your physical strength so that you can load and unload freight as needed.

As you embark on auto heaving rigid vehicle training, make sure that you work on your other personal and physical characteristics. You will be much more successful as a truck driver if you do.
